2. How to Submit Your DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, the counter-notice must include:

Identification of the content that has been removed and the location it appeared before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
